For the first time in my life, I love my space. I could have a vacation in my room because I’m so elated with it. Having a decorated room does wonders to my soul. I cannot adequately describe the impact. Having a space I can be proud of has changed me. Not only did you all decorate the room, you gave me important supplies I needed. I feel normal. I feel like I’m experiencing a life and privilege I’ve never had before. I’ve got something I’ve never had before — a home. Your nonprofit has inspired me. I want others to have what they haven’t had before. I want to help other foster youth experience normalcy and quality in their space. Thank you.
